- Holistic / Spiritual Coaching – diet, yoga, meditation, breath work, ayurvedic consultations, sound healing
As everyone is unique, my approach varies by person. Together, we figure out what motivates you and what limits you. We then work through the limitations so that you can achieve your desired goals. One sample approach I have taken is below, but I don’t subscribe to a “one size fits all” approach. You are unique and so is the way we will work together. We can look at all aspects of your life individually and as a unit – your relationship with yourself, your partner, work, hobbies, family, friends, others. We’ll find common themes that exist throughout all of your relationships and together, we’ll develop a plan that you feel comfortable following. I’ll push you to challenge yourself and to self reflect and won’t let you off too easy, but one thing is for sure – you will have fun in the process! Whether it be re-enacting situations, visualization, story telling, meditation, writing, reading out loud, we’ll get creative and get to the bottom of what’s in your way of feeling empowered in all aspects of your life.
